Deposit Policy

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit will be applied to your final balance on the day of your service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • With proper notice, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

Pricing & Payment

  • Service prices are starting rates; final cost may vary depending on design, style, or add-ons chosen at the appointment.

  • The $50 deposit is credited toward your service total; remaining balance is due at checkout.

  • All services are final sale — no refunds once a service has been completed.

Communication Consent

  • By providing your phone number and/or email, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and important updates related to your booking.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You can opt out of text or email communication at any time by contacting the salon directly.

Other Policies

  • Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and deposit forfeited.

  • If you are sick or unwell, please call us to reschedule — deposit may be transferred at management’s discretion.
